Pay the LinkUp fee and organizer payment

Some paid events use two secure payment steps. This keeps the LinkUp service fee separate from the ticket money that belongs to the organizer.

1. Select your tickets and enter attendee details.
2. On the payment step, choose Card when available.
3. Pay LinkUp Ticket Services.
4. Return to checkout.
5. Pay the Organizer Ticket Payment.
6. Wait for LinkUp to confirm both payments and issue the ticket.

When is the ticket issued?

Your ticket is issued only after both secure payment steps are confirmed.

What each payment covers

• LinkUp Ticket Services covers ticket delivery, QR verification, checkout support, ticket recovery, and event updates.
• Organizer Ticket Payment is the ticket money paid to the event organizer.
